Phone Numbers Report

The Phone Numbers report contains the phone numbers of all Buyers. The table contains basic information for the numbers: ID, the Buyer who is assigned to the phone number, the Product to which the number is linked, Product status, etc.

To view the Phone Numbers report, go to the Client Management > Setup > Phone Numbers section.

The Phone Numbers report contains the following information:

  • Phone Number: The assigned phone number.
  • Phone Number Name: The name assigned to the phone number.
  • Product Name: The name of the Product the phone number is assigned to.
  • Product Status: The status of the Product.
  • Buyer Name: The name of the Buyer.
  • Bound Campaigns: The number of bound Campaigns. Note: Click the number in this column, and the system will redirect you to the Campaigns section, where the Campaigns associated with the corresponding phone number are displayed.
  • Last Changes: The date and time when the record was created or last edited.

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters: 

  • Phone Numbers: Enter the phone number(s). 
  • Phone Number Name: Enter the name assigned to the phone number.
  • Product: Select the Product the phone number is assigned to.
  • Buyer: Select the Buyer.
  • Last Updated: Select the date range during which the record was last updated.

To change the selected Product for the assigned Phone Number or the Phone Number Name, click the “Edit” button in the “Actions” column. Select the Product from the list or enter the new phone number name, and click the “Save” button to confirm the changes. Note: You can't edit the record if the corresponding phone number is bound to the active Campaigns.
