Project Settings: LMS & Call Logic Notifications

The “Notifications” tab allows you to set up the notifications for the special events in the system, and create the notification templates for questionnaires.

To view this tab, go to the System Management > General > Project Settings section, click the “LMS & Call Logic” tab, and choose the “Notifications” subtab.

System Notifications

The System Notifications block allows you to manage the system notifications for the events from the list below. The System Notifications block contains the following fields: 

  • New Buyer Registration: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when a new Buyer completes registration.
  • New Buyer Registration Emails: Enter the emails for the notification on the completion of a new Buyer’s registration.
  • New Buyer: Select the users from the list to receive a notification when a new Buyer is created in the system.
  • New Buyer Emails: Enter the emails for the notification on a new Buyer creation in the system.
  • New Publisher Registration: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when a new Publisher completes registration.
  • New Publisher Registration Emails: Enter the emails for the notification on the completion of a new Publisher’s registration.
  • New Publisher: Select the users from the list to receive a notification when a new Publisher is created in the system.
  • New Publisher Emails: Enter the emails for the notification on a new Publisher creation in the system.
  • Delete Template Product Notification: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when the Product is deleted.
  • Delete Template Product Notification Emails: Enter the emails for the notification on Product deletion.
  • CC for Delete Template Product Notification: Select the users from the list to receive the CC for Product deletion notification.
  • CC for Delete Template Product Notification Emails: Enter the emails for the CC on the Product deletion notification.
  • BCC for Delete Template Product Notification: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC for Product deletion notification.
  • BCC for Delete Template Product Notification Email: Enter the emails for the BCC on the Product deletion notification.
  • BCC for Campaign Status Changed to Active Notification: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC for notification when the Campaign status changes to “Active”.
  • BCC for Campaign Status Changed to Active Notification Emails: Enter the emails for the BCC on the notification when the Campaign status changes to “Active”.
  • BCC for Campaign Status Changed to Inactive Notification: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC for notification when the Campaign status changes to “Inactive”.
  • BCC for Campaign Status Changed to Inactive Notification Emails: Enter the emails for the BCC on the notification when the Campaign status changes to “Inactive”.
  • BCC for Campaign Created from Template Notification: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC for Campaign creation from the template notification.
  • BCC for Campaign Created from Template Notification Emails: Enter the emails for the BCC on the notification when the Campaign is created from the template.
  • Fraud Alert: Select the users from the list to receive a notification on a fraud alert.
  • Fraud Alert Emails: Enter the emails for the notification on a fraud alert.
  • Lead Return Requests Notification: Select the users from the list to receive a notification on the lead return requests.
  • Lead Return Requests Notification Emails: Enter the emails for the notification on the lead return requests.
  • Tracking Pool - All Numbers in Use Notification Emails: Enter the emails to notify the Publisher when all of the numbers from the Tracking Pool are in use.
  • Campaign Pause/Unpause Notification Emails: Switch the toggle on to enable sending notifications to Publisher when the Campaign is paused or unpaused.

Contact Us API

The Сontact Us API block allows you to manage the system notifications for the events from the list below. The Contact Us API block contains the following fields:

  • "Contact Us" Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when the “Contact Us” form is sent.
  • "Contact Us" Notifications Emails: Enter the emails for the notification on sending the “Contact Us” form.
  • Revshare Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when there is a change in Campaign/Tier/Price-reject pricing that may affect the Rev-Share.
  • Revshare Notifications Emails: Enter the emails for the notification when there is a change in Campaign/Tier/Price-reject pricing that may affect the Rev-Share.
  • Domains for "Contact Us" notifications: Enter the domains from where you would like to receive notifications when someone submits a request on the “Contact Us” form.
    Note: You can add any new domain to the list.
  • Offer Unsubscribe New Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when someone adds a new record to the unsubscribe list.
  • Offer Unsubscribe New Notifications Emails: Enter the emails for the notification on someone adding a new record to the unsubscribe list.
  • Offer Unsubscribe Repeat Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when someone who is already in the unsubscribe list is trying to unsubscribe again.
  • Offer Unsubscribe Repeat Notifications Emails: Enter the emails for the notification when someone who is already in the unsubscribe list is trying to unsubscribe again.
  • Offer Unsubscribe CCPA Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when someone is adding a new record to the CCPA list.
  • Offer Unsubscribe CCPA Notifications Emails: Enter the emails for the notification when someone is adding a new record to the CCPA list.
  • Event Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive all event notifications.
  • Event Notifications Emails: Enter the emails for all event notifications.

Questionnaire

The Questionnaire block allows you to create the questionnaire notification templates, and manage the system notifications for the events from the list below.

  • Compliance notifications: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when the manager sends a questionnaire notification to the partner.
  • BCC For Buyer Questionnaire Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC for all Buyer questionnaires notifications.
  • BCC For Buyer Questionnaire Notifications Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC on all Buyer questionnaires notifications.
  • Buyer Questionnaire Submitted: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when the Buyer representative submits a questionnaire.
  • Buyer Questionnaire Submitted Emails: Enter the emails to receive the notifications when the Buyer representative submits a questionnaire.
  • BCC For Buyer Questionnaire Submitted: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC when the Buyer representative submits a questionnaire.
  • BCC For Buyer Questionnaire Submitted Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC when the Buyer representative submits a questionnaire.
  • BCC For Buyer Questionnaire Approved Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC when the manager approves the Buyer questionnaire.
  • BCC For Buyer Questionnaire Approved Notifications Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC when the manager approves the Buyer questionnaire.
  • BCC For Buyer Questionnaire Rejected Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC when the manager rejects the Buyer questionnaire.
  • BCC For Buyer Questionnaire Rejected Notifications Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC when the manager rejects the Buyer questionnaire.
  • BCC For Buyer Questionnaire Submitted Confirmation Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC when the Buyer representative submits the questionnaire.
  • BCC For Buyer Questionnaire Submitted Confirmation Notifications Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC when the Buyer representative submits the questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Questionnaire Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC for all Publisher questionnaires notifications. questionnaire notification to Publisher.
  • BCC For Publisher Questionnaire Notifications Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC on all Publisher questionnaires notifications.
  • Publisher Questionnaire Submitted: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when the Publisher submits the registration questionnaire.
  • Publisher Questionnaire Submitted Emails: Enter the emails to receive the notifications when the Publisher submits the registration questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Questionnaire Submitted: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC when the Publisher submits the registration questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Questionnaire Submitted Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC when the Publisher submits a registration questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Questionnaire Approved Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC when the manager approves the Publisher registration questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Questionnaire Approved Notifications Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC when the manager approves the Publisher registration questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Questionnaire Rejected Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC when the manager rejects the Publisher registration questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Questionnaire Rejected Notifications Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC when the manager rejects the Publisher registration questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Questionnaire Submitted Confirmation Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC when the Publisher submits the registration questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Questionnaire Submitted Confirmation Notifications Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC when the Publisher submits the registration questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Annual Questionnaire Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC when the manager sends the annual questionnaire to the Publisher.
  • BCC For Publisher Annual Questionnaire Notifications Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC when the manager sends the annual questionnaire to the Publisher.
  • Publisher Annual Questionnaire Submitted: Select the users from the list to receive the notification when the Publisher submits the annual questionnaire.
  • Publisher Annual Questionnaire Submitted Emails: Enter the emails to receive the notification when the Publisher submits the annual questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Annual Questionnaire Submitted: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC when the Publisher submits the annual questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Annual Questionnaire Submitted Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC when the Publisher submits the annual questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Annual Questionnaire Approved Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC when the manager approves the Publisher annual questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Annual Questionnaire Approved Notifications Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC when the manager approves the Publisher annual questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Annual Questionnaire Rejected Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC when the manager rejects the Publisher annual questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Annual Questionnaire Rejected Notifications Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC when the manager rejects the Publisher annual questionnaire.
  • BCC For Publisher Annual Questionnaire Submitted Confirmation Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC when the Publisher submits the annual questionnaire.
    Note: This is a confirmation for the Publisher.
  • BCC For Publisher Annual Questionnaire Submitted Confirmation Notifications Emails: Enter the emails to receive the BCC when the Publisher submits the annual questionnaire.
    Note: This is a confirmation for the Publisher.
  • Buyer Questionnaire Notification template (`Mark As Sent` button): Create a template for Buyer Questionnaire that would be sent to Buyers via email.
  • Publisher Annual Questionnaire Notification template (`Mark As Sent` button): Create a template for the Publisher Annual Questionnaire notification message that would be sent to Publishers via email.
  • Buyer Notification - CCPA Data Deletion Request (`Notify Buyers` button): Create a template for a CCPA Data Deletion Request notification message that would be sent to Buyers via email.
  • Publisher Notification - CCPA Data Deletion Request (`Notify Publishers` button): Create a template for a CCPA Data Deletion Request notification message that would be sent to Publishers via email.

Click the “Save” button to apply changes.
