Publisher Configuration: Tickets

The “Tickets” tab displays all tickets with the Publisher. To specify the search use the next filter fields.

Ticket ID

Ticket status (Closed / Response / New)

Group (System notifications / User request / General / Technical / Finance / Important)

Manager - you can choose the available manager according to the group.
To complete the search, set the parameters and click the “Search” button.
