Publisher Configuration: Tickets

Find out how to find all or display specific publisher tickets in our short guide to the Publisher Configuration: Tickets tab.

The “Tickets” tab displays all tickets with the Publisher. To specify the search use the next filter fields.

  • Ticket ID

  • Ticket status (Closed / Response / New)

  • Group (System notifications / User request / General / Technical / Finance / Important)

  • Manager - you can choose the available manager according to the group.

To complete the search, set the parameters and click the “Search” button.
