The Referral report displays the detailed statistics and a complete view of your Publisher Referral Program's performance. The section contains your unique referral link for easy sharing and provides detailed metrics on your network, such as referral commissions, along with the respective percentage ratios. The report allows you to track individual and total referral earnings, monitor the status of referred Publishers, and manage comments for rejection or pending cases.
To view the report, go to the All Reports > Publisher Reports > Referral Report section.
The report has two view modes.
The system Admin can view the information about all Publishers, their referral commissions, and the respective percentage ratios.
The Publisher can view only the Publishers registered through the shared referral link and has access to commission amounts and ratios exclusively for those associated with that referral link.
The referral link that can be shared with the potential Publishers for the registration is displayed in the “Your referral link is” field.
You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:
- Date: Filter referrals by the date they were registered.
- Referrer Publisher: Filter referrals by the publisher who referred others.
- Referred Publisher: Filter referrals by the publisher who registered via referral.
- Referrer Publisher Status: Filter by the current status of the referrer publisher (Active, Pending, Deleted, Disabled).
- Referred Publisher Status: Filter by the current status of the referred publisher(Active, Pending, Deleted, Disabled).
The report contains the following information:
- Referrer Publisher: The Publisher who shared the referral link.
- Referrer Publisher Status: The current account status of the referrer Publisher. The referrer Publisher is the one who shared the referral link.
- Referred Publisher: The Publisher who registered via the shared referral link.
- Referred Publisher Status: The current account status of the referred Publisher.
- Registration Date: The date when the referred Publisher completed the registration.
- Referral Commission: The commission amount earned by the referrer for this referral. The “Total” row displays the total commission amount earned from all referred Publishers.
- Commission %: The revenue share percentage assigned to the referrer. This percentage ratio is set in the “Default Referral Percent” field in the “Publisher Settings” tab on the Project level, which may also be configured manually in the Referral settings section of the Publisher profile.
- Comment: The explanation for rejection or pending cases.
To add the explanation text, click the “Add Comment” button in the “Comments” column and fill in the information in the pop-up window:
- Comment Visibility: Select the comment visibility option (Self Only, All Employees).
- Comment: View or add comments for this referral, including the comment and an explanation of the rejection or pending cases.
Click the “Save” button to complete the action.
