Publisher ZIP Report

The Publisher ZIP report allows you to gather statistical information about the number of processed and sold leads, along with earnings of the Publisher, Admin, and the system, with the breakdown by states and corresponding ZIP codes.

This information helps you to deeply analyze the performance metrics based on the clients' states and ZIP codes. The outcomes are a better understanding of the client’s interest dynamics and a more efficient adaptation of the interaction techniques, highlighting top states and ZIPs for optimized audience strategies. 

Note: This report is available only for the Premium and Enterprise packages and in on-demand mode. Please contact your account manager for more information. 


To view the report for Publisher, go to the All Reports > Publisher Reports > ZIP Report section. 

The report contains three tabs:

  • The “Group by State” tab contains information grouped by particular states and ZIP codes. 
  • The “Group by Publisher” tab contains the information grouped by the particular Publisher. 
  • The “Group by ZIP” tab contains information grouped by particular ZIP codes. 

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

  • Date: Select the date range of the report. Note: The maximum date range for the selection is one week. 
  • Product: Select the particular Product. 
  • Publisher: Select the particular Publisher. 
  • State: Select the particular state (mandatory for the “Group by ZIP” tab). Note: You can select only one state in the “Group by ZIP” tab. 


The report contains the following information:

  • State: The name of the state (available in the “Group by State” tab). 
  • Publisher: The name of the Publisher (available in the “Group by Publisher” tab). 
  • ZIP: The particular ZIP code (available in the “Group by ZIP” tab). 
  • Post: The number of posts. POST refers to a data set used for sending data in the required format, whether incoming from a Publisher or outgoing to a Buyer. Posts can be either incoming or outgoing. The incoming posts are considered in this column. The incoming posts are the data transmitted to the system by the Publisher. Regardless of whether the data is identical to previous submissions, each submission is treated as a new post. These can be received via various methods, such as GET requests, POST requests, or internal system requests.
  • Lead: The number of leads. A lead is a set of data provided by a potential customer for processing and is identified by a certain attribute, such as an email or phone number etc. Publishers provide leads in the system for Buyers to purchase. The system may receive two different posts with the same unique feature, but it will be considered as one lead.
  • Sold: The number of sold leads. The particular lead is considered sold if it is purchased by the Buyer via the particular Campaign.
  • Reject: The number of rejected leads. The lead is considered rejected if it was not sold to any posted Campaign. 
  • Accept Rate, %: The percentage ratio of the accepted sold leads to the total number of posts (Sold / Post * 100%).
  • % of Total Sold: The percentage ratio of the number of sold leads per state, Publisher, or ZIP code (the number of sold leads in the particular row) to the total number of sold leads (the number in the “Totals” row).
  • % of Total Presented: The percentage ratio of the number of posts per state, Publisher, or ZIP code (the number of posts in the particular row) to the total number of posts (the number in the “Totals” row).
  • EPL: The Publisher earnings per lead (Publisher earnings divided by the total number of leads).
  • ALP: The average lead price (Publisher earnings divided by the total number of sold leads).
  • Pub: The Publisher earnings.
  • ADM: The Admin revenue (ADM = TTL - PUB - REF - AGN). 
  • TTL: The total revenue. 
  • Ref: The Referral payment. 
  • AGN: The Agent payment. 

Note: The maximum daily capacity of leads for the report for one Product is 5000. 


To view detailed information about lead processing data for the particular state in the “Group by State” tab, click the “+” button in the corresponding row. The information will be displayed in the following collapsible section and grouped by the particular ZIP codes. 

Note: You can view up to the top 10 ZIP codes that are sorted by the amount of Publisher earnings (the value in the “Pub” field). 

To view full information about lead processing for the selected state grouped by particular ZIP codes, click the “Proceed to Detailed Report” link in the ongoing collapsible section. You will be redirected to the “Group by ZIP” tab with the particular state selected in the “State” filter field. 

To view detailed information about lead processing data by the particular Publisher in the “Group by Publisher” tab, click the “+” button in the corresponding row. The information will be displayed in the following collapsible section and grouped by the particular state. 

Note: You can view up to the top 10 states that are sorted by the amount of Publisher earnings (the value in the “Pub” field). 

To view full information about lead processing for the selected Publisher grouped by particular states, click the “Proceed to Detailed Report” link in the ongoing collapsible section. You will be redirected to the “Group by State” tab with the particular Publisher selected in the “Publisher” filter field.
