Suppression Lists

The Suppression Lists section allows you to view and manage the email, phone, email MD5, and phone MD5 Suppression lists. Also, it allows you to add the tracking rules to the lists, enhancing the accuracy of your communication strategies.

By using tracking rules, you can make sure suppressed contacts are excluded from future marketing campaigns, avoiding accidental outreach.

Note: This section is available only for clients with E-Delivery V2.

To view the Suppression lists, go to the Suppression Management > Suppression Lists section.
