[Extra Features](https://support.phonexa.com/lms-sync-call-logic?hsLang=en#extra-features) # Tracking Pool - All Numbers in Use ## The Tracking Pool - All Number in Use feature allows you to automatically send notifications to the Publisher when all of the numbers from the Tracking Pool are in use. *Read more about the Tracking Pool in this Knowledge Base [article](https://support.phonexa.com/call-tracking?hsLang=en).* To add recipients for this system notification, go to the **System Management \> General \> Project Settings** section, select the **“LMS & Call Logic”** tab, and expand the **“Notifications”** subtab. In the **Tracking Pool - All Number in Use** field of the **System Notification** block, enter the email of recipients separated by comma or space and click the **“Save”** button. To enable the **Tracking Pool - All Number in Use** feature, select the template from the drop-down list or select the “**Disabled**” template to disable. To edit the **Tracking Pool - All Number in Use** template, click the “**Edit**” button and fill in the following fields in the “**Edit Templete**” pop-up window: - **Tempate Name**: Enter the name of the template. - **Connection Id**: Select the connection string. - **Subject: You can use {%placeholders%}**: Enter the subject of the template. - **Message**: Enter the content of the template. Click the “**Save**” button to confirm the changes.
