Vendor Management: Balance

The Balance report offers an overview of the financial status of your Vendors.


The Balance report offers an overview of the financial status of your Vendors. It helps you track and manage the balances associated with each Vendor, giving you insight into outstanding payments or credits, ensuring you maintain accurate financial records.

To access the report, go to the Vendor Management > Balance section.

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filter:

  • Vendor: Select the specific Vendor. 

The list contains the following information:

  • Vendor: The name of the Vendor in the system.
  • Status: The status of the Vendor (Active / Disabled / Deleted).
  • Balance: The total balance amount for the current moment (updated once per day). Once the payouts are done, the balance is automatically reduced.
