The Call Errors Summary report allows you to view the general data about the call errors. It groups the errors, helping you quickly understand how well your system is performing and where issues might be happening.
This report is available both in the Buyer and Publisher Reports sections.
To view the report for the Publisher, go to the All Reports > Publisher Reports > Call Errors Summary section.
To view the report for the Buyer, go to the All Reports > Buyer Reports > Call Errors Summary section.
To generate a detailed report for the Publisher, use the following filter fields:
- Response Code: Enter the code or the description of the error. Note: The response code messages can be checked in the Call Errors Report.
- Date: Enter the time range for the report.
- Publisher Agent: Select the Publisher Agent.
- Publisher: Select the Publisher.
The Call Errors Summary report for the Publisher contains the following information:
- Date: The date and time when the error occurred.
- Publisher Agent: The name of the Publisher Agent.
- Publisher: The name of the Publisher.
- Response Code: The code of the response.
- Errors: The number of errors per Publisher. Note: The “Total” row at the bottom of the report shows the summary number for the “Errors” column.
Click the arrow icon next to the number to open the Call Errors report with the corresponding filter applied to view the detailed information about particular errors. Read more about the Call Errors report in the Knowledge Base article.

- Buyer Agent: Select the Buyer Agent.
