Call Tracking Summary

Here’s how you can find the Call Tracking Summary section and use specific parameters to sort call tracking data.

The Call Tracking Summary allows you to view the report for Call Tracking feature usage sorted by its main parameters. Read about the Call Tracking feature in the Knowledge Base article.

To view the report go to the Analytics and Optimization > Publisher Analytics > Call Tracking Summary section.

Group By Source

The “Group By Sourсe” tab contains all of the general information about call tracking data sorted by sources:

  • Source: In case of the redirect from another website, the column will display the website’s domain (utm_source)
  • Channel: The Campaign channel. In case of the redirect from another website, the column will display the “referer” value (utm_medium).
  • Sessions: The number of sessions. The session is kept for 20 minutes.
  • Impressions: The number of widget views.
  • Calls: The number of calls.
  • Call / Sessions %: The “Calls” to “Sessions” ratio provided in percentage.
  • Sold: The number of sold leads.
  • Sold / Sessions %: The “Sold” to “Sessions” ratio provided in percentage.
  • Reject: The number of rejected leads.
  • TTL: The total payment.
  • AGN: The agent payment.
  • REF: The referral payment.
  • ADM: The admin payment.
  • Pub: The Publisher earnings.
  • EPL: The earning per lead.

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

  • Date: Select the time range.
  • Publisher: Select the Publisher.
  • Tracking Pool: Select the tracking pool.

Group By Campaign

The “Group By Campaign” tab contains all of the general information about call tracking data sorted by sources and сampaigns:

  • Campaign: The name of the Campaign in the system (utm_campaign).
  • Source: In case of the redirect from another website, the column will display the website’s domain (utm_source)
  • Channel: The Campaign channel. In case of the redirect from another website, the column will display the “referer” value (utm_medium).
  • Sessions: The number of sessions. The session is kept for 20 minutes.

Group By Keyword

The “Group By Keyword” tab contains all of the general information about call tracking data sorted by keywords:

  • Keyword: When setting the ={keyword} parameter, the keyword text will be displayed dynamically (utm_term).
  • Source: In case of the redirect from another website, the column will display the website’s domain (utm_source)
  • Channel: The Campaign channel. In case of the redirect from another website, the column will display the “referer” value (utm_medium).
  • Campaign: The name of the Campaign in the system (utm_campaign).
  • Sessions: The number of sessions. The session is kept for 20 minutes.

Group By Location

The “Group By Location” tab contains all of the general information about call tracking data sorted by country and city:

  • Country: The location provided by IP address. 
  • City: The location provided by IP address.
  • Sessions: The number of sessions. The session is kept for 20 minutes.
  • Impressions: The number of widget views.
  • Calls: The number of calls.
  • Call / Sessions %: The “Calls” to “Sessions” ratio provided in percentage.
  • Sold: The number of sold leads.
  • Sold / Sessions %: The “Sold” to “Sessions” ratio provided in percentage.

  • Browser: The name of the browser, the widget was viewed from.
  • Sessions: The number of sessions. The session is kept for 20 minutes.
  • Impressions: The number of widget views.
  • Calls: The number of calls.
  • Call / Sessions %: The “Calls” to “Sessions” ratio provided in percentage.
  • Sold: The number of sold leads.
  • Sold / Sessions %: The “Sold” to “Sessions” ratio provided in percentage.

Group By Device

The “Group By Device” tab contains all of the general information sorted by keyword text:

  • Device: The device the widget was viewed on.
  • OS: The operation system the widget was accessed through.
  • Sessions: The number of sessions. The session is kept for 20 minutes.
  • Impressions: The number of widget views.
  • Calls: The number of calls.
  • Call / Sessions %: The “Calls” to “Sessions” ratio provided in percentage.
  • Sold: The number of sold leads.
  • Sold / Sessions %: The “Sold” to “Sessions” ratio provided in percentage.
  • Reject: The number of rejected leads.
  • TTL: The total payment.
  • AGN: The agent payment.
  • REF: The referral payment.

Sessions

The “Sessions” tab contains all of the general information about call tracking data sorted by sessions:

  • Date: The date and time the session started.
  • Client ID: The unique client’s ID. Note: For calls that were processed outside of the particular session, the name of the client ID will be displayed as a call-unique number.
  • Pool: The name of the tracking pool the widget is assigned to.
  • Show Count: The number of widget views.
  • Calls: The number of calls.
  • Source: In case of the redirect from another website, the column will display the website’s domain (utm_source)
  • Channel: The Campaign channel. In case of the redirect from another website, the column will display the “referer” value (utm_medium).
  • Campaign: The name of the Campaign in the system (utm_campaign).
  • Keyword: When setting the ={keyword} parameter, the keyword text will be displayed dynamically (utm_term).
  • Publisher: The name of the Publisher the tracking pool belongs to.
  • TTL: The total payment.
  • AGN: The agent payment.
  • REF: The referral payment.
  • ADM: The admin payment.
  • Pub: The Publisher earnings.

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

  • Date: Select the time range.
  • Publisher: Select the Publisher.
  • Tracking Pool: Select the tracking pool.
  • Browser: Select the browser.
  • Device: Select the device.
  • Country: Select the country.
  • City: Select the city.
  • Show Session With Calls: Check the box to hide all the sessions without calls.

To view more detailed information about the specific session, select the session from the list and click the plus (+) sign button. The expanded “Info” window contains the following data:

  • Received Publisher ID: The Publisher’s identification number in the system.
  • First Visited At: The date and time the widget was viewed for the first time during the session.
  • Last Visited At: The date and time the widget was viewed for the last time during the session.
  • First Url: The first used URL during the session.
  • Last Url: The last used URL during the session.
  • IP Address: The IP address of the user.
  • User Agent: The browser, device, and operating system used for the session.
  • Source: In case of the redirect from another website, the column will display the website’s domain (utm_source)
  • Channel: The Campaign channel. In case of the redirect from another website, the column will display the “referer” value (utm_medium).
  • Campaign: The name of the Campaign in the system (utm_campaign).
  • Keyword: When setting the ={keyword} parameter, the keyword text will be displayed dynamically (utm_term).
  • GCLID: The Google Click ID.
  • Label: The session label.
  • Raw data: The primary data collected from the source.
  • Leads: Contains lead ID, the status of the lead, and its earning information.
