Project Settings: Notifications

The Notifications tab allows you to configure different kinds of Email and SMS notifications in your system. You can fine-tune notifications about new users, interaction requests, unsubscribe requests, document exports, and other critical events.

To configure the Notifications settings, go to the System Management > General > Project Settings section, select the General tab, and go to the Notifications subtab.

The Notifications subtab contains the following blocks:

To check, edit, and assign templates for system-generated event notifications (email and SMS), click the “View” button next to the respective notification field. The system will redirect you to the Event Notifications section.

System Notifications

The System Notifications block allows you to manage users and email addresses that will receive the system notifications. You can enable or disable different settings options. The System Notifications block contains the following fields:

  • New Registration: Select the users from the list who will get notifications when a new user completes the registration.
  • New Registration Emails: Enter the email addresses that will get notifications when a new user completes the registration.
  • New User: Select the users from the list who will get notifications when a new user is created.
  • New User Emails: Enter the email addresses that will get notifications when a new user is created.
  • CC For All Notifications Emails: Enter the email addresses that will be copied on all system notification emails.

Contact Us API

The Contact Us API block allows you to send notifications to the list of email addresses when the event is triggered. 

The Contact Us API block contains the following fields:

  • "Contact Us" Notifications: Select the users from the list to get notifications when receiving the “Contact Us” request. 
  • "Contact Us" Notifications Emails: Enter the additional email addresses to get notifications when the “Contact Us” request is received.
  • Revshare Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when settings that may affect Rev-Share are changed. 
  • Revshare Notifications Emails: Enter the additional email addresses that will receive notifications when settings that may affect Rev-Share are changed.
  • Domains for "Contact Us" notifications: Enter the domains from which the "Contact Us" requests to be accepted.  
  • Offer Unsubscribe New Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when someone is adding a new record to the unsubscribe list.   • Offer Unsubscribe New Notifications Emails: Enter the additional email addresses to receive notifications when someone adds a new record to the unsubscribe list. 
  • Offer Unsubscribe Repeat Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when someone already on the list is trying to unsubscribe again.  
  • Offer Unsubscribe Repeat Notifications Emails: Enter the additional email addresses to receive notifications when someone who is already on the unsubscribe list tries to unsubscribe again. 
    • Offer Unsubscribe CCPA Notifications: Select the users from the list to receive notifications when someone adds a new record to the CCPA list. Read more about the CCPA & Suppression Management in this Knowledge Base article. 
  • Offer Unsubscribe CCPA Notifications Emails: Enter the additional email addresses that will receive notifications when someone adds a new record to the CCPA list. 
  •  Event Notifications: Select the users from the list who will receive notifications when a user registers for an event (e.g., a meeting).  
  •  Event Notifications Emails: Enter the additional email addresses that will receive notifications when a user registers for an event (e.g., a meeting).

Export Notifications

The Export Notifications block allows you to manage users and email addresses that will receive the export notifications. You can enable or disable different setting options. The Export Notifications block contains the following fields:

  • Enable: Enable or disable the Export Notifications (Yes / No). 
  • Default time on executing export without notifications: Select the time range in which the export will run without notifications (30min, 1h, 2h, 4h).
  • Export Tasks Timeout: Select the users from the list who will get notifications when the export task is working for too long.
  • Export Tasks Timeout Emails: Enter the email addresses that will get notifications when the export task is working for too long.
  • BCC For All Export Tasks: Select the users from the list to receive the BCC notifications when the client exports report data.
  • BCC For All Export Tasks Emails: Enter the email addresses for the BCC for all export tasks email notifications to be sent.

Reserve Connection Notifications

The Reserve Connection Notifications block allows you to manage users and email addresses that will receive the reserve connection notifications. You can enable or disable different settings options. The Reserve Connection Notifications block contains the following fields:

  • Reserve Connection notification: Enter the email addresses to receive a notification when the reserve connection channel is used. Note: If a notification subsystem cannot connect to the primary notification channel (auth error/too many requests, etc.), a notification about this incident will be sent to these email addresses. 
  • Main connection channel error notification: Select the users from the list who will get notifications when sending notification errors occur.
  • Main connection channel error notification Emails: Enter the email addresses that will get notifications when sending notification errors occur.

Critical Notifications

The Critical Notifications block allows you to extend the email recipients list for some notifications directly from the instance without asking the manager to add the email address to the recipient list.

The Critical Notifications block contains the following fields:

  • Service Option On: Select the users from the list who will receive notifications when the service option is enabled. Read more about the System Subscriptions in the Knowledge Base article.
  • Service Option On Additional Emails: Enter the additional email addresses that will receive notifications when the service option is enabled. 
  • Service Option Off: Select the users from the list who will receive notifications when the service option is disabled. 
  • Service Option Off Additional Emails: Enter the additional email addresses that will receive notifications when the service option is disabled.
  • Service Option On Deferred: Select the users from the list who will receive notifications when enabling a service option is deferred.
  • Service Option On Deferred Additional Emails: Enter the additional email addresses that will receive notifications when enabling a service option is deferred.
  • Anomaly Detector Prep Finished Select the users from the list who will receive notifications when anomaly detector preparation has been finished. Note: The Anomaly Detector is designed to detect anomalous deviations from the observed parameters of the system operation and notify interested parties about it. To enable the Anomaly Detector, go to the System Management > System Subscriptions section, select the “LMS Sync” block, and then the “Additional features” tab. Find and enable the Systemwide Anomaly Detection” feature.
  • Anomaly Detector Prep Finished Additional Emails Enter the additional email addresses that will receive notifications when the anomaly detector preparation is finished.
  • Delete Template Product Error Select the users from the list who will receive notifications if an error occurs when a user tries to delete a template Product.
  • Delete Template Product Error Additional Emails Enter the additional email addresses that will receive notifications if an error occurs when a user tries to delete a template Product.
