Check this step-by-step guide on how to generate the System Activity report and view the essential events in the system.
The System Activity report displays all the important events in the system, such as creating new Buyer Campaigns, Publishers who started posting traffic through new channels, new price-reject offers, and price changes in the Buyer Campaign.
To view the report, go to the All Reports > Logs > System Activity section.
You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:
- Date: Select the time range within which the event has occurred.
- Product: Select the Product.
- Log Type: Select the log type (Buyer Campaigns, Publisher Channels).
- Publisher Agent: Select the Publisher Agent.
- Publisher: Select the Publisher.
- Buyer Agent: Select the Buyer Agent.
- Buyer: Select the Buyer.
The System Activity list contains the following information:
- Date: The date and time when the event has occurred.
- Event: The description of the event.
- Product: The Product related to the action.
- Log type: The category related to the action.
To view the detailed information with current settings for the selected action, click the "View" button in the "Actions" column, and the system will redirect you to the appropriate “Rev-Share” tab. Read more about the Rev-Share tab of the Publisher’s Configuration in this Knowledge Base article.
To export data to the CSV file, click the “Export” button.
