Tracking Pool Examination

The Tracking Pool Examination report is a type of performance report that provides information on the performance of the tracking pool over a given time period or a product. It is designed to help users understand how well the tracking pool has performed in relation to its benchmarks, as well as to identify any trends or patterns of tracking pool performance.

To view the report, go to the Analytics and Optimization > Publisher Analytics > Tracking Pool Examination section.

You can view the report grouped by the following criteria:

  • Group by Date 
  • Group by Hour 
  • Group by Product 
  • Group by State
  • Group by City


You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

  • Date: Select the date range for the report. 
  • Product: Select the Product. 
  • Tracking Pool: Select the Tracking Pool. 
  • Publisher Agent: Select the Publisher Agent. 
  • Publisher: Select the Publisher. 

The Tracking Pool Examination list contains the following information:

  • Date: The particular date from the date range for the report (available in the “Group by Date” tab).
  • Hour: The particular hour in the hour range (available only in the “Group by Hour” tab).
  • Product: The name of the Product (available only in the “Group by Product” tab). 
  • State: The name of the particular US state (available only in the “Group by State” tab). 
  • City: The name of the particular city (available only in the “Group by City” tab). 
  • Called: The count of issued phone numbers that received at least one inbound call from the lead during the reservation.  
  • Issued: The count of phone number reservations made from the tracking pool and displayed to leads. 
  • Overload: The count of numbers that were issued ahead of time. It means that the phone number was issued to a new lead before the previous reservation expired and before any call had been made to that number. 
  • Overload, %: The percentage ratio of numbers that were issued ahead of time (the percentage ratio of the overload count (the value in the “Overload” field) to the issued count (the value in the “Issued” field). Note: Dash(-) means there were no numbers that were issued ahead of time.


To view the comments that are assigned to the data records in the report, click the “Show Comments” button. The text of the comment will be displayed in the “Comments” field. 

To hide the comments and the option to add them, click the “Hide Comments” button.

To add a comment for the particular data record in the report, select the record from the list and click the “Add Record” button. 

Fill in the following fields in the “Add Comment” pop-up window:

  • Comment Visibility: Select the visibility of the comment (Self Only, All Employees). 
    • The “Self Only” option enables you to add an internal comment that is visible only to you.
    • The “All Employees” option allows you to add a comment that is visible to all employees. Note that you can use both visibility options to leave comments for the same record.
  • Comment: Enter the comment text.

Click the “Save” button to complete the action. 

To edit or delete the existing comments from the records, click the corresponding buttons via the “Comments” column.
