Tracking Pool Examination report is a type of performance report that provides information on the performance of the tracking pool over a given time period or a product. It is designed to help users understand how well the tracking pool has performed in relation to its benchmarks, as well as to identify any trends or patterns of tracking pool performance.
Tracking pool is an overview of a pool of phone numbers that are managed and tracked as a single group within a product. It allows to customize the widgets on your website to receive and track your calls while obtaining detailed analytics based on various criteria, such as source, campaign, device, location, browser and so on. To view the report, go to the Analytics and Optimization > Publisher Analytics > Tracking Pool Examination section.
The Tracking Pool Examination list contains the following information:
- Date: The date range for the report.
- Hour: The hour range (00-23).
- Product: The name of the Product.
- Called: The quantity of called numbers.
- Issued: The quantity of issued numbers.
- Overload: The quantity of numbers that were issued ahead of time.
Note: The number wasn’t expired and wasn’t called.
- Overload, %: The percentage ratio of numbers that were issued ahead of time.
Note: Dash(-) means there were no numbers that were issued ahead of time.
You can view the report grouped by the following criteria:
- Group by Date
- Group by Hour
- Group by Product
You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:
- Date: Select the date range for the report.
- Product: Select the Product.
- Tracking Pool: Select the Tracking Pool.
- Publisher Agent: Select the Publisher Agent.
- Publisher: Select the Publisher.
