Delivery Events Log

The Delivery Events log allows you to view detailed mailing and messaging information.

Delivery events are used to track the progress of sending and delivering emails or messages, whether through email or SMS. To view the log, go to the System Logs > Sent Logs > Delivery Events section.

The Delivery Events list contains the following information:

  • ID: The unique identification number of the delivery event.
  • Date: The date and time when the delivery event was added to the system.
  • Message ID: The unique identification number message of the delivery event.
  • Channel: The delivery channel of the delivery event.

  • Template: The template of the delivery event.

  • Sender ID (SMS): The unique sender identification number (SMS) of the delivery event.
  • Event: The delivery event type (Unknown, Sent, Sent Failed, Delivered, Soft Bounced, Hard Bounced, Opened, Clicked, Spam Reported, Unsubscribed, Delivery Failed, OptIn/Subscribed).
  • Method: The method by which the delivery event was assigned the unique identification “unsubscribed” status based on the replied keyword (Email Box Monitor method (for emails) and Unsubscribed by opt-out keyword (for SMSs)).
  • Status: The status of the delivery event (Deferred, Resolved, Tracked). 
  • Campaign: The campaign to which this delivery event belongs.
  • Contact: The contact of the delivery event.
  • First Name: The first name of the contact.
  • Last Name: The last name of the contact.

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

  • Date: Select the date range for the report.
  • Message ID: Enter the unique identification number message of the delivery event.
  • Campaign: Select the campaign to which this delivery event belongs.
  • Channel: Select the delivery channel of the delivery event.
  • Template: Select the template of the delivery event
  • Sender ID (SMS): Select the unique sender identification number (SMS) of the delivery event.
  • Event: Select the delivery event type (Unknown, Sent, Sent Failed, Delivered, Soft Bounced, Hard Bounced, Opened, Clicked, Spam Reported, Unsubscribed, Delivery Failed, OptIn/Subscribed).
  • Status: Select the status of the delivery event (Deferred, Resolved, Tracked).
  • Email: Enter the email of the delivery event.
  • Phone: Enter the phone number of the delivery event.

To open the detailed information about the delivery event (HTML view) click the “+” button above the appropriate delivery event ID column.
