Buyer Configuration: Global Settings

The “Global” tab allows you to view and configure the general information for the Buyer. You may also delete or restore Buyers using this tab.

To view the “Global” tab, go to the Client Management > Buyer List section, select a Buyer from the list and click the “Settings” button in the “Actions” column.

The “Global” tab contains the following information: 

  • Name: Enter the name of the Buyer.
  • Status: Select the status of the Buyer (Enabled/Disabled).
  • Personal Manager: Select the name of the Buyer’s personal manager.
  • Label: Select the Buyer’s label. Read more about the Buyer Labels in the Knowledge Base article.
  • Type: Select the Buyer’s type. Read more about the Buyer Types in the Knowledge Base article.
  • Referral Agent: Select the Buyer's Referral Agent. Read more about the Buyer Referral Commission feature in this Knowledge Base article

Click the “Save” button to confirm.

To add a new Buyer tag, click the “Set Buyer Tags” button. Select the tags from the drop-down list in the “Set Buyer Tags” pop-up window. Click the “Save” button to confirm.

To delete a Buyer, click the “Delete Buyer” button.

Note: To delete a Buyer, you must delete all campaigns of this Buyer first.

Once Campaigns are removed, proceed by clicking the "Delete Buyer" button again. Click the "Yes" button to confirm the action.

All the deleted Buyers' records are stored in the archive with the “Deleted” status and can be restored. To access the list of removed Buyers, go to the Buyer List, select the “Deleted” option in the “Status” filter, and click the “Search” button.

To restore a Buyer, select a record from this list and click the “Settings” tab in the “Actions” column. Click the “Restore buyer” button in the “Global” tab.6-2
