The “Third-Party Verification” tab allows Buyers or admins to access specific third-party services using their own credentials and specify their own lead rejection conditions for the individual Campaigns.
Note: This option is available only for the iClaim, IP Analysis with Client Credentials, Phone Number Analysis with Client Credentials, and TrustedForm v4.0 services. You can only access the services that were added beforehand on the Product level by the instance owner or admin. To access, go to the Client Management > Setup > Campaigns section, select the preferred Campaign from the list, and then click the “Configure” button. Then proceed to select the “Third-Party Verification” tab.
The list of services contains the following information:
- Status: The status of the service at the Сampaign level.
- Product Configuration Status: The status of the service at the Product level.
- Service: The name of the service.
To access the service with your own credentials and apply it to the Campaign, click the “Add Service” button and select the service from the list.
In the pop-up window, fill in the required fields with credentials and fields to retrieve data. The required fields may differ depending on the selected service. Then click the “Add” button to confirm.
To pause the service, click the “Pause” button in the “Actions” column and click “Yes” to confirm.
To modify the existing service, click the “Configure” button in the “Actions” column, make the necessary changes in the pop-up window, and click the “Add” button to confirm.
To remove the service from the list, click the “Delete” button in the “Actions” column and click “Yes” to confirm.
