Global Budget

The “Global Budget” feature allows you to simplify financial management for organizations by unifying balances from LMS and Call Logic into a single, centralized budget.

This feature streamlines operations, providing users with a comprehensive overview of the available resources in one place.

Note: The "Global Budget" feature is available on-demand only.

Now, with “Global Budget” you don’t have to switch between LMS and Call Logic components because in Books360 you can do everything in one place. After processing payment transactions (such as paying the Buyer invoice, account replenishment, adjustments, sales and returns of leads, and payment returns), the overall balance will be reflected on both the CL and LMS components.

To access the Global Budget for LMS and Call Logic, click on the instance number in the top right corner next to your user name (1), and select the LMS & CALL LOGIC option after the instance name (2) from the drop-down list.

unnamed (29)-3Also, the “Global Budget” feature provides you with the mutual Payment Methods for both LMS and Call Logic components. Now, you don’t have to configure the customer and vendor payment methods separately for LMS and Call Logic.

Once the budgets are centralized, you only need to configure the payment method once, and it will apply to both components. Read more about the payment methods in the Knowledge Base article.

With the "Global Budget" feature enabled, there's no need to switch between LMS and Call Logic to view separate balances for Customer and Vendor accounts. Instead, these balances are combined into a single unified budget for both Customers and Vendors, erasing the difference between LMS and Call Logic components.
