My Profile: Payment Settings

The Payment Settings tab of the My Profile page allows you to select and configure payment methods for publisher payout processing.

To set up the payment settings for Publisher, go to the Account Settings > My Profile section and select the Payment Settings tab.
Note: This data is for Publisher view only, so the user should be logged in as a publisher.
Select the Publisher payout processing method in the "Payment Type" field and fill in the fields displayed depending on the selected type:

 

PayPal

PayPal is a digital payment platform that allows individuals and businesses to send and receive money online. Fill in the following fields when paying with this method:

  • Payment Type: Select the PayPal option for the Publisher payment processing.
  • PayPal Account: Enter the Publisher's PayPal account.

Wire

Wire is a method of transferring money electronically from one bank account to another, both domestically and internationally. Fill in the following fields when paying with this method:

  • Payment Type: Select the Wire option for the Publisher payment processing.
  • Name of account: Enter the name of the account.
  • Bank name: Enter the name of the bank.
  • Account Number: Enter the account number.
  • ABA or Swift Code: Enter the ABA or Swift Code.
  • Bank Address: Enter the bank address.
  • Bank phone: Enter the bank phone number.
  • Account Owner Address: Enter the account owner address.
  • Account Owner Phone: Enter the account owner phone number.
  • Intermediary bank: Select “No” if you do not want to use the services of the intermediary bank. Select “Yes” if you wish to use the services of an intermediary bank. In this case you need to enter the details of the intermediary bank.
  • Pay in local currency: Select “No” if you do not want to get payment in the local currency. Select “Yes” if you wish to get paid in the local currency. 
  • Please select your currency: If you selected “Yes” in the previous field, select the currency.

ACH

ACH is an electronic funds transfer system used for direct deposits, bill payments, and other transactions in the United States. Fill in the following fields when paying with this method:

  • Payment Type: Select the ACH option for the Publisher payment processing.
  • Name of account: Enter the name of the account.
  • Bank name: Enter the name of the bank.
  • Account Number: Enter the Publisher's account number.
  • ABA or Swift Code: Enter the ABA or Swift Code.
  • Bank Address: Enter the bank address.
  • Bank phone: Enter the bank phone number.
  • Account Owner Address: Enter the account owner address.
  • Account Owner Phone: Enter the account owner phone number.
  • Intermediary bank: Select “No” if you do not want to use the services of the intermediary bank. Select “Yes” if you wish to use the services of an intermediary bank. In this case you need to enter the details of the intermediary bank.
  • Pay in local currency:Select “No” if you do not want to get payment in the local currency. Select “Yes” if you wish to get paid in the local currency. 
  • Please select your currency: If you selected “Yes” in the previous field, select the currency.


Check

Check is a written order directing a bank to pay a specific amount of money to the person or organization named on the check.  Fill in the following fields when paying with this method:

  • Payment Type: Select the Check option for the Publisher payment processing.
  • Check Details: Enter the Check details.

Stripe

Stripe is a payment processing platform that enables businesses to accept and manage online payments.  Fill in the following fields when paying with this method:

  • Payment Type: Select the Stripe option for the Publisher payment processing.
  • Address: Enter the Publisher's account number.

Note: The "Stripe" payment type can be enabled only for US Publishers via Books 360. Read more about how to set up Stripe as a payment method in our Knowledge Base article.

USDT

USDT is a cryptocurrency that is pegged to the value of the US dollar, designed to offer stability and reduce volatility in the cryptocurrency market. Fill in the following fields when paying with this method:

  • Payment Type: Select the USDT option for the Publisher payment processing.
  • Address: Enter the USDT address. 


Note: Minimum deposit amount is $100.00 USDT. Only TRON(TRC20) main network supported! Purse example: TDQRFthgVmdjfqThM3toiAwc78fCdHvZhw


Note: The "USDT" payment type can be enabled on demand. Please, contact your Account Manager to process this request. 



Wise

Wise is a global money transfer service that allows users to send and receive money in different currencies with low fees and competitive exchange rates. Fill in the following fields when paying with this method:

  • Payment Type: Select the Wise option for the Publisher's payment processing.
  • Email Address: Enter the email address.

Note: The "Wise" payment type can be enabled on demand. Please, contact your Account Manager to process this request. 


Webmoney

WebMoney is an e-wallet that can be used to make online payments. Fill in the following fields when paying with this method:

  • Payment Type: Select the Webmoney option for the Publisher's payment processing.
  • WM Purse: Enter the number of the WM Purse.

Note: The "Webmoney" payment type can be enabled on demand. Please, contact your Account Manager to process this request.

Tipalti

Tipalti is a global payment automation system that pays out funds using ACH bank details. Fill in the following fields when paying with this method:

  • Payment Type: Select the Tipalti option for the Publisher's payment processing.
  • Account: Enter the account number.

Note: The "Tipalti" payment type can be enabled on demand. Please, contact your Account Manager to process this request. 

Corpay


Corpay is a global payment automation system that pays funds to a bank account. Fill in the following fields when paying with this method:

  • Payment Type: Select the Corpay option for the Publisher's payment processing.
  • IBAN: Enter the IBAN number and click the “Validate” button.
  • Pay in local currency: Select “No” if you do not want to get payment in the local currency. Select “Yes” if you wish to get paid in the local currency and select the currency name in the “Please select your currency” drop-down list.


The “Bank Info” section will be filled up automatically.

Fill in all required fields in the “Account Holder info” section:

  • Name: Enter the name.
  • Country Code: Enter the country code.
  • Region: Enter the region.
  • City: Enter the city.
  • Address: Enter the address.
  • Postal: Enter the postal code.
  • Phone Number: Enter the phone number.

Depending on the country the IBAN number belongs to and the local currency, the “Regulatory” section can be displayed. Fill in all the required fields in this section:

  • Beneficiary CPF: Enter the beneficiary CPF.
  • Agency Code: Enter the agency code.
  • Contact Name: Enter the contact name.
  • Account Type: Select the account type.

Click the “Save” button to complete the action.
