SMS Campaigns: Campaigns

The Campaigns section allows you to view the list of available SMS Campaigns, activate and manage them. You can view the Campaign statistics after the Campaign has been delivered.

In the “SMS Campaigns” section, you can add, configure, duplicate, start, stop, and delete your SMS Campaigns. To view the list of the existing SMS Campaigns, go to the SMS Campaigns > Campaigns section.

The block contains the following information:

  • ID: The unique identification number of the Campaign.

  • Created Date: Date and time when the campaign was created.

  • Name: The name of the Campaign.

  • Unsubscribe List: The name of the unsubscribe list attached to the Campaign.

  • Contact List(s): The contact list(s) name attached to the Campaign.

  • Campaign Type: Type of the Campaign (On-Demand, By Schedule, By Event, Drip Campaign (online), By Count In List (online)).

  • Template(s): The name of the Template.

  • Channel(s): The name of the Channel.

  • Status: The status of the Campaign (Ready for Set Up, Waiting to Start, Creating Campaign, Scheduled for Delivery, Sending, Delivered, Stop by User, Wait for Event, Wait A/b Testing Winner, Sending to A/b Testing Winner, Sending limit reached/expired, Deleted, Scheduled).

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

  • Name: Enter the name of the Campaign.

  • Folder: Select the folder from the drop-down list.

  • Sender ID groups: Select the sender’s ID group from the drop-down list.

  • Unsubscribe List: Select the unsubscribe list from the drop-down list.

  • Contact List: Select the Contact list from the drop-down list.

  • Campaign Type: Select the type of the Campaign (On-Demand, By Schedule, By Event, Drip Campaign (online), By Count In List (online)).

  • Channel: Select the Channel from the drop-down list.

  • Template: Select the Template from the drop-down list.

  • Status: Select the status of the Campaign (Ready for Set Up, Waiting to Start, Creating Campaign, Scheduled for Delivery, Sending, Delivered, Stop by User, Wait for Event, Wait A/b Testing Winner, Sending to A/b Testing Winner, Sending limit reached/expired, Deleted, Scheduled).

Click the “Start” button in the “Action” column to start the Campaign. To confirm the action, click the “Start” button in the pop-up window.

Click the “Stop” button in the “Actions” column to stop the Campaign. To confirm the action, click the “Stop” button in the pop-up window.

To view the Campaign statistics, click the “Statistic” button in the “Actions” column. The pop-up window contains three sections:

  • Campaign Statistic: Displays the Campaign overview.

-Click the “Refresh” button to update the data.

-Click the “Preview/ Edit” button to view the Template page.

-Click the “Preview/ Edit” button to edit the Template settings. The system will redirect you to the SMS Templates settings page.

  • Delivery Statistic: The total number of Sent, Delivered, and Failed SMS.

  • Response Statistic: The total number of SMS Clicks and Unsubscribes.

To duplicate the existing Campaign, click the “Duplicate” button. In the pop-up window, select the name of the existing Campaign in the “Original Campaign Name” field and fill in the name for the new Campaign in the “New Campaign Name” field.

Click the “Copy” button to complete.

To perform an action on several Campaigns at once, mark the checkboxes on the left side of the list and click the “Bulk Action” button and select the action.

To start the selected Campaigns click the “Start Selected” button. Click the “Start” button in the pop-up window to confirm.

To stop the selected Campaigns click the “Stop Selected” button. Click the “Stop” button in the pop-up window to confirm.

To delete the selected Campaigns click the “Delete Selected” button. Click the “Delete” button in the pop-up window to confirm.

Note: Depending on the current status of the Campaign, you can’t perform some actions. For example: if the Campaign is started, you can’t delete it.

Click the “Add Campaign” button to insert the new Campaign into the list. In the pop-up window, fill in the Campaign name in the “Name” field and select the folder in the “Select Folder” field or add a new one in the “Create New Folder” field.

Click the “Add” button to complete.

To view the Campaign settings, click the “View” button in the “Actions” column. The system will redirect you to the Campaign Settings view-only page. To manage the Campaign settings, click the “Configure” button in the “Actions” column.
