The “Tag-Based Performance Summary” report provides an overview of lead performance and sales trends by grouping data based on assigned tags for quick and easy analysis.
It allows you to view the summary data on lead processing, including the number of leads sold, rejected, and posted, as well as financial details.
Note: In some specific cases the data displayed in this report may vary from other reports and not be entirely accurate.

To view the report, select the LMS or Call Logic component, and go to the All Reports > Publisher Reports > Tag-Based Performance Summary section.

The report contains 6 tabs:
The “Group by Publisher” tab allows you to see publisher performance for the selected tag. Additionally, you can view the summary data grouped by the specific Product.
The “Group by Date” tab allows you to view and analyze performance trends over time for the selected tag.
The “Do not Group” tab allows you to view and analyze tag-based performance data in a summary format without any grouping.
The “Group by PingTree” tab allows you to view and analyze performance trends across Ping Trees for the selected tag.
The “Group by Product” tab allows you to view and analyze performance trends across Products. Additionally, you can view the summary data grouped by the specific Publisher.
The “Group by Tag” tab allows you to view and analyze performance trends across Tags.
You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:
- Date: Select the date range for the report.
- Product: Select the corresponding Product.
- Publisher Agent: Select the Publisher Agent.
- Publisher: Select the Publisher.
- Publisher Channel: Select the corresponding Publisher Channel.
- Publisher Source: Select the related Publisher Source.
- Method: Select the method by which the lead was posted (FORM or POST for LMS component, PHONE for Call Logic component).
- PingTree: Select the corresponding PingTree.
- Lead Tag: Select the tag that is attached to the lead (mandatory filter field, except for the “Group by Tag” tab).
The report contains the following information:
- Publisher: The name of the particular Publisher (available in the “Group by Publisher” and “Do not Group” tabs).
- Date: The particular date (available in the “Group by Date” and “Do not Group” tabs).
- Ping Tree: The name of the PingTree (available in the “Group by PingTree” tab).
- Product: The name of the corresponding Product (available in the “Group by Product” tab).
- Tag: The name of the tag that is attached to the processed lead (available in the “Group by Tag” tab).
- Pings: The number of pings sent to the system with the particular attached tag and the total number of sent pings along with their percentage ratio. Note: This field is available for the Ping-Post Products only.
- Pings Accepted: The number of accepted pings with the particular attached tag and the total number of accepted pings along with their percentage ratio. Note: This field is available for the Ping-Post Products only.
- Post: The number of posts with the particular attached tag and the total number of processed posts along with their percentage ratio.
- Lead Sold: The number of sold leads with the particular attached tag and the total number of sold leads along with their percentage ratio.
- Reject: The number of rejected leads with the particular attached tag and the total number of rejected leads along with their percentage ratio.
- Redirect: The number of redirects for leads with the particular attached tag and the total number of redirects along with their percentage ratio.
- EPL: The amount of the average earnings per lead with the particular attached tag and the average summary amount of earnings per lead along with their percentage ratio.
- ALP: The amount of the average price per lead with the particular attached tag and the average summary price per lead along with their percentage ratio.
- Pub: The amount of the publisher earnings from leads with the particular attached tag and the summary amount of the publisher earnings along with their percentage ratio.
- ADM: The amount of the admin earnings from leads with the particular attached tag and the summary amount of the admin earnings along with their percentage ratio.
- TTL: The amount of the total system revenue from leads with the particular attached tag and the summary amount of the system revenue along with their percentage ratio.
- Ref: The amount of the referral earnings from leads with the particular attached tag and the summary amount of the referral earnings along with their percentage ratio.
- AGN: The amount of the agent payment from leads with the particular attached tag and the summary amount of the agent payment along with their percentage ratio.
- Rev-Share, %: The number of the rev-share percentage for leads with the particular attached tag and the summary number of the rev-share percentage along with their percentage ratio.
Note: The report displays up to 10 first tags that are assigned to the lead. If the number of assigned tags is more than 10, the specific “To many tags” will be assigned to the lead and displayed after the first 10 tags.
To view the additional information about the lead processing for the particular Publisher that is grouped by the particular Products, select the “Group by Publisher” tab and click the “+” button in the “Publisher” field. The summary details that are grouped by Product and by the particular selected tag will be displayed in the following collapsible section.
To view the additional information about the lead processing for the particular Product that is grouped by the particular Publishers, select the “Group by Product” tab and click the “+” button in the “Product” field. The summary details that are grouped by Publishers and by the particular selected tag will be displayed in the following collapsible section.
To view the information about the particular Publisher along with his ongoing settings, click the arrow button in the “Publisher” field of the main report section or the corresponding collapsible section.
You will be redirected to the “Main” tab of the Publisher Configuration section.

To view the information about the particular Product along with his ongoing settings, click the arrow button in the “Product” field of the main report section or the corresponding collapsible section.
