The Silent Campaigns feature allows you to further process leads without redirecting them after they were processed as a regular flow.
In addition, Silent Campaigns setup supports multiple sales, can work based on triggers, and can be used to send leads data to other systems and tools (CRMs, Email marketing tools, and others).
Note: Silent Campaigns are not currently available for the ping post Products.
To create a Silent Campaign, go to the Client Management > Campaigns section.
Click the “Create New Campaign” button and fill in the following fields:
- Name: Enter the name of the Campaign.
- Product: Select the Product the Campaign will be assigned to.
- Buyer: Select the Buyer the Campaign will be assigned to.
- Campaign type: Select the type “Silent”.

- Timezone: Select the timezone for the Campaign.
- Min Price: Enter the minimum price for the Campaign.
Click the “Add” button to save.
To configure and activate the Campaign, click the “Configure” button in the “Actions” column and the system will redirect you on the Campaign Setup page.
The “General” block contains the following information:
- Name: The name of the Campaign.
- Product: The name of the Product (unchangeable field).
- Campaign Type: The Campaign type (Redirect, Silent).

- Delay Scheduling: The amount of time (in minutes) before the lead is processed on the silent campaign (Available only for the “Silent” campaign type).
- Timezone: The timezone of the Campaign.
- Min Price: The minimum price for lead purchasing.
- Min Accepted Bid: The price for the lead that will be considered a minimum bid for acceptance. If the buyer responds on the ping with a lower price, the lead will be rejected. Note: If the “0” value is entered, the setting will not be applied.
Note: Available only if the Ping Post Weighted Bidding with Bid Multipliers feature. Read more about Ping Post Weighted Bidding with Bid Multipliers feature in this Knowledge Base article.
- Status: The current status of the Campaign (Disabled, Active, Paused).
- Add per minute cost: Select to enable/ disable the per minute cost option: (Сall Logic Campaigns only)

- Use Buyer Setting.
- Status For Accounting Buyer Call Price: Select the per minute cost option. The Buyer will be charged the cost per minute fee only for the leads with the chosen status (All, Sold, Reject). (Сall Logic Campaigns only)
- Per minute cost price: Enter the price to be charged for each minute of the Buyer call (Available only if the “Add per minute cost” option is set to “Active”)(Сall Logic Campaigns only)

Click the “Save Global Settings” button to save the settings.
The “Advanced Settings” block contains the following settings:
- Lead Status: The leads will be checked for Sold or Reject statuses.
- If the “Sold” option is selected, the campaign will only see leads with Sold status.
- If the “Reject” option is selected, the campaign will only see leads Reject status.
- If the “All” option is selected, the campaign will see leads with both Sold and Reject statuses.
- Min Sold Price: Enter the minimum sold price for the lead (Available only if the lead status “Sold” is selected)
- Min Count of Dups: The leads will be checked for duplicates that came from different sources based on the count number set in the field. For example, if it's set to five, the system will process leads that have been in the system more than five times. The count number in this field does not include duplicate leads from one source.
- Within ‘X’ Days: Set the number of days for the “Min Count of Dups” configuration. Note: “Within ‘X’ Days” and “Min Count of Dups” need to be configured simultaneously.
- Exclude Min Count for: A filter for Form and Post dups.
- If the “FORM” option is selected, the “Min Count of Dups” rule will not apply to FORM leads.
- If the “POST” option is selected, the “Min Count of Dups” rule will not apply to POST leads.
- If the “All” option is selected, the “Min Count of Dups” rule will apply to FORM and POST leads.
- Silent Campaign RevShare: Allows you to make a payout to the publisher from the silent campaign according to the publisher’s rev-share settings.
Click the “Save Global Settings” button to save the settings.
Silent Campaign should be configured in the same way as a Redirect Campaign.

To delete the Campaign click the “Delete Campaign” button and enter the ID number of the Campaign in the “Delete Campaign” pop-up window.
Click the “Delete” button to confirm.
To set the Campaign tags click the “Set Campaign Tags” button and select the Campaign tags from the existing ones in the “Set Campaign Tags” pop-up window.
Click the “Add” button to confirm.
To convert the Campaign to the template click the “Convert To Template” button and fill in the following fields in the “Convert To Template” pop-up window:
- Activate Campaign Name: Enter the name of the Template.
- Description: Enter the Template description.
Click the “Convert” button to confirm.
Note: The “Convert” button is available only when the campaign is activated.
Note: The Campaigns that have existing traffic can not be converted to a template. You need to duplicate the Campaign first and then convert the duplicated Campaign into a template.
For Silent Campaigns, you must create a separate Ping Tree with the “Silent” type.

Note: The Ping Tree strategies are not applicable for the silent type because the lead will be posted to all Silent Campaigns at the same time without any priority.

Note: When you set up a trigger for the particular Silent Campaign, we suggest not adding this Campaign to a Silent Ping Tree. Otherwise, the lead can be sold twice to that Campaign.
The “Delay Scheduling” option is an additional setting specifically for the Silent Campaigns. This option allows you to set a time (in minutes) before the lead is processed on the Silent Campaign.

To get an overview of the particular Silent Campaign performance, go to the All Reports > Buyer Reports > Lead Details section and filter by the Buyer Campaign.

To review the Silent Campaign processing for the selected lead, click on the “Lead ID” in the “Buyer Report: Lead Details” for the selected lead, go to the “Filter Log” tab, and select the “Monetization” subtab.
